Lake Levels After Rain

Burt and I just returned from looking at the beaver dam. The first picture is looking toward the river and you can see the flow is coming into the lake from the river. The inflow into the lake is fairly modest although, the emergent macrophytes are bent toward the lake and clarity of water is down to a couple of inches so overall affect on the lake is pretty small so far. Burt and I plan to do a follow up look at the inflow on Friday AM.

    1. Larry,
The levels are up a great deal–higher than ever before, perhaps. We will keep the front page of the website here up to date with the latest information. To see pictures of the flooding, go to our Photos page.
